-
What types of loans does Regional Finance make?
We provide our hardworking customers with personal loans for a variety of needs; including rent payments, utility bills, hospital bills, vacations, gas money, or any other expenses for which you might need a little extra help.
We can also make large loans for furniture, home improvements, and other big purchases or loans to purchase automobiles. -
How much money can I expect to get?
At Regional Finance, we understand that everyone needs a little help sometimes, even customers with less than perfect credit. We will consider your individual situation and credit background and then work to find a personalized financial solution that fits your needs. We can make smaller loans up to $2500 or larger loans up to $18,000.
-
Is collateral required to get a loan from Regional Finance?
We understand the hardships our customers face everyday, and we are committed to helping you keep your belongings; however, we require collateral in the form of personal property (TVs, stereos, etc.) for our loans and, for larger loans, we ask for car or truck titles.
-
What must I bring with me when I apply for a loan?
Federal law requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account with us. Your assistance in providing us with this information helps us to not only get you the cash you need quickly, but also to protect you from the danger of identity theft. You will need to bring the following items to the branch when you apply for a loan:
- An unexpired driver’s license or other government-issued ID
- A recent utility bill (water, telephone, power), bank statement, or lease agreement that states your name and address
- Your most recent payroll stub
- Serial or VIN numbers for any collateral
- References including names, addresses, and phone numbers
-
Does Regional Finance report to any credit bureaus?
Yes, we report once a month to Equifax. To receive your credit report you can call Equifax at (800) 685-1111 or visit their website at www.equifax.com.
-
If I take out a loan, can I change the due date later?
Once the loan is made, we cannot change the date your payment is due.
-
Can I make my payment at another Regional Finance branch?
Yes, you can make a payment at any other Regional Finance branch, although our branch representatives will not be able to access your account information from a different branch. We strongly encourage you to make your payments at the branch from which the loan was originally made.
-
What payment methods does Regional Finance accept?
We will gladly accept cash, check, money orders or cashier’s check. We do not accept any electronic payments or 3rd party checks at this time.
